Hi
I’ve recently joined O2 with iPhone 14, I requested my old number (Three) to be transferred Friday morning. Late yesterday the old Three sim stopped working. New phone identifies as my old number and txts come through.
But I cant for the life of me change ‘My number’ in settings>phone. It keeps reverting to the O2 number as soon as I press save. Tried turning phone off and on so many times this morning. iMessage and Facetime is currently switched off with me as it only showed my iCloud email and no telephone numbers.
any ideas whats up?
