Number port from Virgin

Hello,

 

I have a new O2 contract having transferred my number from Virgin with a PAC, my number now says number not recognised when called? And now I can’t call out or receive any calls

any help would be appreciated

You have done the worst mistake of porting to O2. they do not have any idea how porting works!! I'm stuck with no incoming calls and text for a month. There are many people with similar issue.

If you have really been without incoming calls and texts for a month, you need to consider a complaint :-
