You are allowed one free number change per contract.

You will need to call customer services on 202 from your phone or 0344 809 0202 from a landline,



And follow these instructions
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

In addition to the above instructions, the last option will ask you to press 1 if it’s urgent.
Press 1 and this will put you in the queue for an agent
