i requested a number change around 11 days ago and I was told it would take 2-3 days at most. This definitely was not the case I have been talking to tech support and they said the issue will be resolved within 5-10 days but I use my phone for work and I have missed important phone calls as my service was switched off for the number change.
Does anyone have any idea how to get this issue resolved quickly as I am paying for a service that I have not been able to use. The Tech support have not been able to give adequate help. This is really frustrating and not a good first impression with O2.
Any info or help would be great appreciated!
