Nothing showing in My Account

Hi all,

How soon after porting in to O2 should I start to see details in my account. All it shows at the moment is O2 Wifi and nothing else. Screenshot below shows what I see.

Systems normally update at midnight so possibly tonight. If it's not appeared by tomorrow morning then give customer service a call.

It can take up to the next billing date..... Sometimes it needs a bill to be produced to show all the information...
