I upgraded last night but confirmed no new sim etc and today my phone has stopped working like it has been cut off for some reason when number etc meant to all stay the same ?

Pound to a Penny they are sending out a new SIM and O2's crazy system has disconnected the old one!

We are a community forum made up of customers like yourself so we can't access accounts however
