After using an O2 number for at least 4 years---
At a crucial moment the Galaxy S2- stopped connecting to txt or phone, giving a Not registered on Network message. It still does when I attempt to phone even 202. After attempting to find a way to contact O2- eventually after 30mins- their financial callcenter op confirmed that my ac is paid up to date. Data is still going through though. I removed the battery and SIM- replaced them and data still works but I get the message Not registered on Network when I attempt to phone 202.
Anyone tell me what is going on- or how I am supposed to play the Dungeons and Dragons game of speaking or chatting to someone at O2. I naively want to use the phone as a phone.
