Hi @Anonymous Many people are having the same issue. I would suggest you delete Tugo and reboot the phone. If you still have problems then you need to report it to customer services.

Deleting the app won't be enough. You need to delete the account and all data by ticking the box.

I'm not getting texts unless I open the app so I will delete it and reinstall later as that usually helps.
There is no way o2 will let you out of contract because of it though but you can just pay off your phone and walk away if on refresh?
