Hi all I went into car phone and my dad upgraded to an s6 same as myself. While we were in there the guy told us about tu go. Since I've uploaded it I have no texts being received and nor has my dad unless it's an 02 customer. Any ideas on how to sort this? I've tried unintelligible which hasn't made any difference. Thanks in advance x

Hi @Anonymous Many people are having the same issue. I would suggest you delete Tugo and reboot the phone. If you still have problems then you need to report it to customer services.

There's a problem at the moment whiçh o2 are aware of.
They are working on a fix.

Deleting the app won't be enough. You need to delete the account and all data by ticking the box.

TuGo seems to be the link in all the recent threads with people having texting problems. Can't see this getting sorted out until the end of the long weekend at the earliest.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I do wonder if this will effect everyone with Tugo or just those who do a sim swap?

It seems to be a problem when reregistering the number on the system again.

The update is hopeless, make the app totally unreliable. Incoming calls fail to ring and often go straight to voicemail. It worked pretty well before the update, but its unuseable now.
I stayed with o2 purely because of this app, if its not fixed I will be demanding they terminate my contract free of charge, so I can move to a carrier who offers a decent intenet calling facility.

I'm not getting texts unless I open the app so I will delete it and reinstall later as that usually helps.
There is no way o2 will let you out of contract because of it though but you can just pay off your phone and walk away if on refresh?
