Swapped from ee to 02 using a pac code. Everything changed over but still unable to receive messages from some numbers but can take calls. Their messages seem to go to old sim.

@Dave1181 Texts are usually the last function to port. If you're still receiving messages on your old sim then the port hasn't completed.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Is this an iPhone.

Check your number in Settings >Phone >My number.

Also sign out of Apple ID on old phone.

It sounds like a part port out by EE (routing for sms is not completed), if you contact o2 Customer Services, they should be able to raise this with EE and get them to complete the port out.

You will need to call o2 on 202 from your handset or the numbers on https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
