Not happy with new phone

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 3GS which I had for well over 2 years to a Samsung Galaxy S3.  After using the phone for 10 days I just don't get on with it and I wish I had upgraded to the iPhone 5 instead.

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do?

It's not the end of the world, apparently the S3 is quite a good phone lol.

Indeed it is sorry:( however you may be able to argue your case because of the inability to get through to the store.

I can't guarentee it but they may allow it because of that.

Like I said, it's yours to sell if you choose to, it won't affect the contract which will continue with any phone.

Ok, thanks for your help guys.  I'll have a play around on the phone for a while longer and see if I can make it shine.

If not, I'll sell it and put the funds towards a different phone!
