Not got my old number

I ordered a new sim, pay monthly. When I ordered it I put in the pac code from my old sim (ee) when I received my O2 sim and set it up today, I have a random number?
How can I get my old number?

You will have been given a temporary o2 number, this is required to enable the port to go through, as o2 cant issue a sim with your old number.

Once the port goes through then your sim will get your old ee number

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
