Solved: No sim

Hi, I've had to get my son a new phone as he broke his last again. The phone was tesco mobile but I got it unlocked but its still saying no sim. Any ideas as I can't ring and ask for tech help?

If you put the old sim in the phone it should work. Take it out, reinsert it, turn phone off and back on again and see how you go.

Cheers done it several times also turned phone on and if several times. Nothing is working 😭😭
