My local mast hasn't been working for nearly a month now. 02 do nothing about it, but they still charge me for a service I cannot use! We are elderly and isolating at home in a remote area, but no mobile phone signal...
Every contact option with 02 fails but their bill never fails to arrive!
What are we supposed to do? No one is listening or acting on this...

Thanks for the reply.
The app doesn't work for me, I don't recieve the texts or emails so can't log in. It appears that 02 have stopped supporting customers but still take our money!

Thanks for the info I will try the contacts, we live 12 miles from the nearest town that might have a signal.
As if the contact tracing app isn't hopeless already. Society is breaking down.....
