Recently ported my number from Vodafone to O2 and haven’t had any service since. It’s been 15 days as they’ve told me to wait 7 working days for it to fully complete. They’ve recently disconnect and reconnected the number and that hasn’t worked either. I called apple and they checked my phone and there’s no fault with the phone. Anyone able to help as I’m paying for a service I can’t use

This is far too long. Contact O2 (use a landline, borrow a phone or try Skype.)

They may have to request the porting files from Vodafone again.

Try the number ending 4005 first.
