I was a little late laying my bill (couple of days)
I then believed services was restricted as could not send text or calls .I paid it the same day ,however I'm still getting the message all my calls are being transferred? Is this even to di with my bill or is this some sort of error .Its been neatly 48 hours since I paid it .
I can't get through to any of the free phone numbers or customers service
Which is ridiculous,very poor service

To speak to Customer Services
You will need to call o2 on 0844 809 0202 (best time to call is about now)
You can also try live chat when and if available @ https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or visiting the support tab in the myo2 application, and starting a conversation..
If calling, the information below should help
when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

If O2 have disconnected you, it will take 24-48 hrs to be reconnected . Keep rebooting your phone.
You can contact O2 by calling any of the numbers here or using Skype if you can't call
