I ordered a pay monthly phone contract on Monday expecting delivery Tuesday. I’ve had all the emails regarding contract and one saying they have received my order and I should hear back within 24 hours, my phone has obviously not been delivered and I haven’t received a dispatch email - also nothing showing in my o2. I’ve seen a few people saying it could be out of stock - if this is the case should they not update you on this? Especially after paying a £500 deposit?

Totally understandable that things are running slowly, it’s a shame nothing shows in your my o2 before it’s dispatched so we know what’s happening, it says to only ring if reporting fraud or a stolen phone.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

I get that, but I got a contract with o2 as it states on the website they are still able to do next day delivery - I’m still working and need my phone 24/7. They should probably remove that if it’s not the case 🙈🤷🏻‍♀️
