Im struggling to pay my bills at the moment due to being self employed and not having a pay cheque for 3 weeks due to the corona virus outbreak, I cant get through over the phone and there dosent seem to be any options online that will help me out, my bill was due yesterday and now I risk losing my phone and my credit rating also Im not sure what to do!! Ive been an o2 customer for years now and have always paid my bills on time but im stuck, any help would be appreciated
