I paid my bill yesterday and my data still hasn’t returned and it has been over 24 hours since paying ?

Hi, Holly2,

This might sound like a dumb question, but have you tried switching your phone off and back on again? It resets the phone. Hope it helps, if not, give 0800 587 4005 and advise them the bars are still on and could they remove them.

Do you have any data allowance left this bill cycle? What date does your allowance reset as this is not the same day you pay your bill. It may be that you have used your allowance up and will need to wait til your next bill date.

Login to myo2 and it will tell you if you have any left and what date it will reset.
