Why was I not sent a reminder for my last 02 bill?

O2 always send an email or text and you get a reminder in your MyO2 app.

If none of these are working you need to call O2 to check why Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005
