My 12 month contract is up and it's currently rolling over month to month so I went to look at changing my tariff and this is the page I get

 

"No tariffs available

There aren't any tariffs for you to change to at the moment. This could be because there aren't any other tariffs suitable for your contract or you may not be able to move to a lower tariff yet."
 
I want to keep my number and just update my contract, but the only option seems to buy a new sim only plan which makes you get a new number. Any solutions?

I went to upgrade options and my options are a very expensive contract with a new phone or a new sim card
