No Sim with new iPad

I bought a new ipad on pay monthly and have the phone number connected with it. I haven’t received a sim to use with the iPad and cannot use it unless connected to wifi

I can’t get in touch with anyone from o2 due to covid 18, what steps should I take to get the sim I require?
