No Internet?

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi I recently bought a new phone on payg, I changed the tariff to text and web and topped up my credit. A text came through saying my texts/Internet were ready to use, but I cannot connect to any Internet except local wifi?

Do I have to change anything for the Internet to work?
Any feedback is appreciated, thanks.

You could download Network Setup app from the nokia store and select the relevant O2 network and it should be all set up for you.

Hi,

Try texting ACTIVE to 2020 to get your internet settings sent to the phone?

Tried this, but get a message saying 'we have had problems dealing with your request for settings'?

You should have an app on there called "Network settings". Available from marketplace if not. This should install the correct apn's for your phone. Then make sure you have mobile data turned on in network settings....
