I’m in a rolling plan and the payment just happened in 10th December 2023. However, in My O2, it shows no plan and no balance for my internet and messages, instead, it only shows pay as you go. Besides that, my balance reduced, which should not be like that. I top up another £10 to see if I can get my internet , but still no Internet at all.
I noticed there will be some improvements, but it said from 21st Dec. It’s the third day that I don’t have Internet and I have few important meetings next week. Can you please let me know if I can have Internet back? Also I wish get my £20 payment back as I don’t get any services at all.
