Good morning all,
I ordered a new pay monthly phone on th 30th, I had an e-mail confirming this and then an e-mail confirming dispatch along with a tracking number and a delivery date of 31st. When I look up my previous orders it is saying it is complete but when I go to track with UK Mail the order number is incorrect. Nothing has been delivered as of yet and I'm quite concerned

If you have had a dispatch email you should be able to track your order..https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order
If you can't then you need to take this up with customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
They open at 10am today.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately when I track the order it just says order is completed. The tracking number I have been given isn't working with UK Mail yet I have dispatch confirmation. Guess I'll wait til 10 to call CS

Yes, let us know how you get on @JD_Walsh. Sometimes the UK mail site needs time to update itself so keep refreshing that as well.
