Hi there, I've recently ported over to O2 on Friday the 10th, my number has ported successfully, I have calls and texts but no data. My phone says it's connected to 4G data but has an exclamation mark next to it.
I've rebooted the device more times than I can think, I've reset APNs, network settings, I've removed the SIM, enabled and disabled Flight Mode, I've tried it on a different phone, nada.
When I go to MyO2 it says "This information is not available at this time", customer service also say that when they try to check my data allowance that it states that an ERROR has occurred.
I have spoken to CS 6 times in the last 3 days, called twice and still no luck, they keep saying that a network form is being requested and that it will take effect within 4 hours every time I get in touch and nothing seems to happen.
I'm at my wits' end with this. Please help.

Hi, @MiguelViana7 @O2Emma , i'm having the same issue, so could you please tell me how has it sorted for now? I've moved my number yesterday, and until yesterday when I go to MyO2 it says "This information is not available at this time", but it has fixed this morning, still have no data at all.
