No 4G calling available

Hello
I have Huawei P30 Pro New Edition directly from O2 store.
4G calling is Enabled on my account but no such option on my phone.
Phone is also on the list of 4G supported devices.
Help please?

You also need to enable it under device in your MyO2

Under menu "WiFi and 4G calling" is enabled. Can't find anything similar to this one.

I can't call them. Only urgent queries. So I have chatted with them on my O2 chat so they confirmed that 4G calls are enabled on my account. I can see that this feature is a bit dodgy on O2...
