Hi,
I just received a text and an email saying my application to a pay monthly plan is being accepted. And it ask me to login to my O2 to see what to do next.
The problem is the I failed to log in to My O2 app, and I cannot find anything that can help me go further in managing my new SIM card.
Can anyone please help me with what should I do next? Many thanks in advance.
