Hi ive ordered the Samsung s20fe but haven't had an email to say when its being delivered, and I cannot chat with o2 as my account isn't registered yet

Not sure how many different tings or what they can tell you but if your sim isn't working they need to activate it or swap it.

My number is switching over 2mro. Do I need both phones switched off.

Turn off when your old sim loses connection and then swap to o2 sim.

You will need to keep rebooting the phone with o2 sim until you get a signal.

It can take take upto 24 hours for all services to port across.
