I’ve tried all resets and a new sim but nothing working. I am unable to pay for anything using my card to online due to not being able to access OTP! I feel very isolated as I can’t receive any calls and worry that my kids can’t contact me in an emergency.
Spoken to O2 who apparently have asked the back room to contact me, however reading some of the message threads on here I am really worried I’ll never get it sorted.
No help at all from o2. They know about this problem, so why can’t they be honest on the phone and just tell me there is an issue with the porting?
I am so frustrated!
