My phone keeps saying no sim card has done this since saturday afternoon, my bill is upto date! I have been told theirs no reason or blocks to my sim, a new sim card was sent to my address on Monday, said it would take 2-3 days and I still hahent received it.
I have not been able to use my phone to make outgoing calls messages or recieve, and I am trying to run a business? This needs to be sorted today? Can someone please help? I have been to carphone warehouse and spoken to yourselfs now on 3 occasions with no joy, this is not how expect a company like yours to treat someone who has been using your network for so many years!! Thank you Ryan

Have you considered a possible phone fault rather than SIM card?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
