Hello, as of today I changed my sim
only plan as my old one was up for renewal. After I purchased the new sim only plan it wasn’t until I received a message saying that I had lost the 02 travel.
can I cancel the new sim only plan I just purchased to get something the same as I had before?

You can add O2 Travel yourself to your tariff.
Before you set off, sign in to My O2 to check if you have it.
Get the O2 Travel Bolt On by texting TRAVEL to 23336 or add it in My O2. If you don’t activate O2 Travel, or you visit a destination that isn’t covered, you’ll pay our standard rates.
