Hi all, just awaiting delivery of my new iPhone 11 as an upgrade. Currently have an iPhone 8. Can I just transfer my SIM card to the new phone. Seemed to think I could when I ordered it and didn't order a new sim but now can't find the info I read previously!

If you have got the new phone as an upgrade, yes just swap to the new handset.

@MO1982 If the sim you need is the same size, then yes. Sim swaps are causing problems at the moment anyway, so best you use your old one if you can.

Fab, thanks. That's what I thought but had a sudden panic that I needed a new one and couldn't face having to try and contact o2 at the moment. Took enough effort to get the phone delivered! 

Patiently waiting for DPD to arrive.
