hello, DPD have just tried to deliver my new phone but they couldn't as I have not had a 4 digit pin, they said to get in touch to receive one

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

It's not been unheard of O2 giving the wrong phone number to DPD....
