I need to add a card for payment as my other was stolen I cannot use the link you sent as I don’t have my membership password. Can you do this for me.

Hi, @Payment2,

Unfortunately not, as we can't see your account. I would advise you to give o2 a call via 202 ( for pay monthly - when you get through, select lost or stolen - it will get you through to a person ) or 4445 for Pay and go.
