Hi, I have had a message to say my new phone will be connected tomorrow and to keep my phone switched off until 6pm, does this just mean my new phone or both phones? Sorry if a stupid question.... slight_smile

All you need to do is watch your old phone until it loses signal then turn on your new one.

If it doesn't get a signal immediately, just reboot every 30 mins until it does.
