I recently upgraded my phone but have been sent the wrong SIM card.. it doesn’t work cannot receive messages. Need a new one sent as not been sent the right one for the contract I took out

As long as the sim is for a contract and not PAYG it makes no difference.

If you still feel the need for a new sim, pop into your local O2 store (with photo ID) and they will swap it for free whilst you wait. Quicker than calling O2 and no risk of losing service.
