The screen on my old phone smashed yesterday so I went straight online and ordered an upgrade...
It said "Order by midnight and get your phone the next day" - Most of the phones were out of stock but I kept searching until I found one In stock.
It said - We will text you with a delivery time, obviously no good for me as my screen is broken.
I have just looged on to My O2 and it says the phone is out of stock........
Shall I just go and buy a phone in Argos and return the one I got from O2 when it arrives...
Can anyone advise?
Thanks

You could do that. Return the phone under the 14 day change of mind policy

OR, you could call O2 and tell them as it's out of stock you wish to cancel your order.

I think it's fairly safe to assume that O2 has nil stock of most phones now
