New O2 sim card

I have just taken out a monthly mobile contract with O2 through Virgin Media. I sent a PAC code and was informed that my number would be ported on 08/12/23. I changed over the SIM card on 09/12/23 and have been able to send messages and make calls. However no texts nor calls are coming into my number . Please advise.

You need to remove your number as this is an open forum and you are laying yourself open to spam. Go to the top right hand corner of your post and click the down arrow. You will see EDIT Click on that and cross out your number.

As for your issue you need to contact O2,

Give O2 a call on  202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)
