So I ordered a new contract with the Galaxy Note 3 yesterday (Saturday) at around lunch time.. When should the new phone and sim be dispatched? Am I likely to get it on Monday?

Thanks in advance. slight_smile

The new sim that comes with your phone will not be ready to use. It will need to be activated. If you are keeping the same number you can go online and activate your card there http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/. Alternatively, you can go into an O2 store and they will do it for you.
