New 02 customer sim issues

Hey there,
I'm new to 02 as of last week and had all sorts of issues with my new phone set up.Previously it appeared sim 1 not provisioned now it appears the sim is not under any network and my new tel number given and previously number are not found. The pac code was set up during getting the new phone, how could I help this issue and have my phone set up? Kindest regards Emma

If you have an iPhone, they may be sent out with a temp block on them for security reasons.

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide including Skype if you have no other phone to call from Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
