Hello, there is work going on in my area for an upgrade that has imoacted on O2 and my network signal meaning I have been unable to use my phone properly whilst this is happening and keeps cutting off my calls etc. Obviously when paying for a service and not getting it is frustrating. I have heard from others in my area that their bills from last month and this month are being reimbursed,can you confirm the same can be done for mine?
