Hi. I bought a couple of mobile phones for my husband and myself back in January. We then had our old O2 numbers tranferred to the new devices.
The question is that our "my O2 account" pages only have the new, now inactivated numbers that came with the new phones and cannot seem to apply any changes (ie: change to our exsisting numbers).
Do we need to open new accounts for our old numbers? If so, how do we go about it?
