Hiya...

Hoping any of you can answer these for me...

I took out a new contract online phone arrived a week ago Saturday... can I return it ? Although I have kept and  transferred my old number over to new SIM contract ...! (As was in contract but phone messed about and had to send for repair and thats why i have another newer contract below but not sure was the best way of sorting it to be honest ... but anyway

Is it best If i was to take out another contract different phone contract and then send this back ? And how?

Then change number again?

 Or just cry ....

Oh and sorry every time I attempt to log on my o2

I'm apparently not allowed have to get a code and turn off WiFi blar blar... very odd never remembers me yet I try registering again and I'm already a member stroooth!!

Thx in advance... sorry if I'm confusing in my explanations type how I think...fatal 😂

If you had cancelled the S8+ you would of had the bill by now, so I guess we can safely assume you still have 2 contracts running.
The confusion with the app is because you used the same email address so you will need to ask customer services to merge your contracts into one account.

It looks like the merge failed so ask them again to sort it for you.

Screenshot_20180430-212617_Chrome.jpgIve made a right mess of it all then....
So if it hasn't worked that's good right? Means I've no hefty bill from s8... but do have have 2 bills .... which isn't ideal but if I can return s9 b4 14 days to online? Or can walk into a store? To return..?
I've got through to my o2 on another way with a code thing and it says this ...
( my o2 with s8 only gave me 1 GB DATA so ...this number has new contract details...

It's good that you haven't cancelled the S8+ but you'll still have 2 contracts as I don't think CPW will let you cancel the same as O2 do, but you've nothing to lose by asking them, however, you will be stuck with the 1gb of data from the S8+ contract.
