I have been having problems signing in to Myo2 for a number of months now and despite visiting an O2 shop and ringing 202 I am still having problems. I can now sign in but apparently I don’t have any products with them, despite having two phones on the account and an esim for my watch. Yet. I continue to be billed each month for the phone usage and the esim!, Any thoughts or suggestions

It's an issue with a system update that O2 are well aware of.
Persevere with customer services.
