Hello,
I have been trying to get the 20% discount on my data contract (not device), and I am having trouble.
I have sent a SMS to 61202 with my Unidays code, when I received my phone as I was told to do by the customer support assistant, and I am being told that my code is not recognised. I have double checked that the Unidays code is correct.
I saw someone else has had an issue with this in the past having looked through the forum and it appears they have had their issue resolved privately. I have tried to find someone to contact, but have struggled to find any phone numbers for support.
This is incredibly infuriating as the discount was what made me choose the phone contract over EE.

You need to contact O2

I felt like I was going round in circles on the O2 website trying to find contact numbers and the Aura bot was not helping me :'(
I'll update if I have any further issues, but I hope O2 should be able to resolve it.
