@Amirmehrabi1992 This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

And when you are on the call as advised by @Bambino above, ask the O2 agent to set you up with a direct debit, so saving you from missing future payments,@Amirmehrabi1992

Many who report such issues find that it can take several days for service to be restored, as the payment needs to clear your bank into O2's account before your details are passed onto the O2 team that remove the block which was automatically applied as a result of missed payment(s). Good luck!

No matter if you come to an agreement with customer service it will still not stop the automated system restricting your service unless someone in payment management agrees to reconnect you should the inevitable happen.
