My phone seem not working after I change to monthly payment ?

My phone number is [Removed] 

I have tried to speak to someone was change the plan from pay as you go to monthly payment but seem not working yet . And I’m bit confused I got new sim cars arrived but I need advice what to do and I need to keep my old number . 
anything could you help please?

You need to remove your number @LeahBeauticians as this is a public forum and everyone can see it.

Edit your post by clicking the little down arrow to the right of your username.

As you are moving from pay as you go to pay monthly you will need to contact o2 customer services - either by calling 202 from the new sim, or messaging on social media (links below).

Make a short list of the number you want to keep and the old and new sim card numbers (start 89 I think) before contacting o2.
