I had a business O2 account which I closed in 2017 and transferred the number to a pay monthly account with Virgin mobile.
No issues until Virgin mobile moved to O2 and I tried to get My O2 to work, basically I gave up but due to emails received from O2 about changes i thought i would look again and by following some advice here i have got it to work but on a different mail address.
The thing is I can still log onto my old business account which still has my name, address last billing date etc and email address and I am assuming that this is why I cannot get My O2 to work on my preferred email which worked fine for Virgin mobile.
How can i get the old account info from 2017 deleted.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
