For 4 days now iv tried contacting delivery company and o2 regarding my order. Both have blamed the other and yet still I don't have my order because its at the dpd delivery Company depot. I'm now being charged for something I don't have. All I want is for the phone to come to me and the issue is resolved. Iv given my address iv paid for it. But yet giving it to me seems to be an issue. The address was the wrong flat number only. Iv given the correct one and even requested to deliver it to the local o2 shop to be picked up. But even that's too difficult to do. So please can someone tell me why I'm paying for something I don't have? No form of compensation is needed, I just want what iv paid for. Or explain to me why 02 cannot answer an email to confirm the correct address after 4 days?

It's not up to you to chase up the delivery company it's O2's job.
