Solved: More expensive sim only for loyal customer compare...

Hi,

I have a sim only contract I would like to change. I can see the new customer rates are far cheaper than the rates O2 are offering me to change to. If I can't get a new customer rate I will move to a different company, is there anything you can do?

We are all customers here like yourself so are unable to help.

However, why not have a look at the comparison websites for SIM free O2 deals

Simply take out the deal and then migrate your present number onto thr new SIM

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
